We love welcoming new people, like you, to come along to look at a sport we all enjoy and experience it for yourself by getting in a boat to try it. We offer three free sessions before you decide if you would like to join our club, so come and try it out!
Dragon boating is a fantastic way of getting fit, meeting new people, learning some great skills and challenging yourself.
After trying out this fantastic sport, you can become a member of Worcester Dragons. The membership fees allow you to train with us at Worcester.
Club membership fees are:

| Student (18 years and above) /Junior (from 11-18 years) | For full time students only. Full membership, voting rights at the AGM (if over 18), participation at race and social events (race fees or cost contribution to social events not included), receiving key club communications, eligibility to stand for club committee positions (if over 18). | £60 |
| Supporter | Off water non-paddling membership for volunteers and supporters. Includes the participation at social events and circuit sessions, receiving key club communications, and eligibility to stand for club committee positions. | £40 |
| Day membership | Pay-as-you-go day membership for non-members to participate in training sessions, racing or social paddling events. (With limited use cases: e.g., former paddlers helping out race days or participating in social paddling events; visiting paddlers available for a short period; newbies after their first 3-sessions if not joined as members). | £10 / day |
To race with us across the UK, in addition to club membership fees you will also need to be a member of the British Dragon Boat Racing Association (BDA) and pay a fee for racing at events to cover costs.
If you wish to become a member of Worcester Dragons you will need to complete a Worcester Dragons Membership Form. A Parental Consent Form is required for all under 18 paddlers. When you have completed your Membership form you will be sent a Welcome Pack providing a few more details about our club:
